All orders shipping to South Korea requires a customs clearance number or a resident registration number. Please include such numbers in the personal code section under the additional information when you reach the payment page.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns/exchange on orders from South Korea. All sales final.
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

한국으로 배송되는 모든 주문은 개인 통관 번호 혹은 주민등록번호가 필수로 요구되고 있어 꼭 작성해 주시길 부탁 드립니다. Payment 페이지 Additional Information (Personal Customs Code) 란에 기입해 주세요.
*받는 사람 이름과 동일한 개인 통관 고유부호를 적어주셔야 합니다. 받는 사람 이름과 다른 번호나 다른 정보를 입력하실 경우 통관지연 및 배송불가 등 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 환불 및 재배송이 불가하니 정확한 정보를 기재 후 구매 부탁 드립니다.
개인 통관 번호 미입력 및 불일치에 따른 배송지연이나 통관시 발생하는 문제에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
통관시 발생하는 관세는 구매자/수취인 부담임을 알려 드립니다.

한국 세관 통과시 관부세가 부가되는 기준은 다음과 같으니 참고 부탁 드립니다. 정확한 내용은 관세청에 문의해 주세요.
- 1개 이상 구매한 상품 금액이 $150 초과시
- 저가 상품 여러개를 구입했으나 합산 금액이 $150 초과시
- 스펜 더 나인에서 구매한 상품과 다른 쇼핑몰에서 직구한 상품이 같은날 한국에 도착하여 $150 초과시

디퓨저, 인센스, 룸 스프레이 및 오버사이즈 아이템은 해외배송이 불가한 품목으로 해당 상품을 장바구니에 넣으실 경우 배송/결제가 되지 않습니다. 해당 상품을 빼주셔야 배송/결제창으로 넘어가실 수 있습니다.
