We strive to package and ship your items as soon as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays to be processed. Processing time may take longer during holidays and promotions.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will take about 3-7 business days to be delivered, varies by location, shipping restrictions, or special delivery requests.
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. Delivery date and time are not guaranteed, they are just the estimated date and time of arrival.
Shipping rates are based on the weight, size, dimensions of the items and the package, which will be automatically calculated when you check out. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned Package & Reshipment
If your parcel is sent back to us due to the following return reasons require a reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your parcel):
- Unknown Reason / Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by the recipient;
- Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time;
- Insufficient / Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address.
Wrong Address Provided By Customer
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us immediately before it's too late.
We would like our customers review and please be understanding of the following:
Once order is placed, it is instantly sent to our shipping center for processing and preparation, therefore, it is difficult to alter or change it. After your package leaves the shipping center, it is impossible for us to make any corrections. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen packages when the wrong address is provided by customers.
If your package is returned back to us due to the wrong address provided, it will require a re-shipping fee. We will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. Please note that we will only re-ship the package once we have received the required re-shipping fee.
Lost / Missing / Stolen Packages
All purchased items are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once orders leave our premises.
Packages marked as delivered according to tracking number are customers' sole responsibility. It is up to the customer to visit the local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Packages lost in transit will need to file a claim with the USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen.
